Education
As an instructor, Kosmick takes an approach of breaking down classic structures and forms, with an emphasis on *why* things are tied the way they are, and an examination of the decision making processes of a tie. They are committed to demystifying rope bondage and empowering learners at all levels to experiment with what they know and pursue avenues towards having fun with their rope. While they love running classes for both self-tie and partnered tying, they have a passion for working one-on-one to address individual learning goals. All partnered classes include a qualified co-teacher to allow top and bottom guidance and demonstrations. Private & semi-private lessons are hosted in a private rope space in the heart of downtown Ottawa.
Private Tuition
Starting at $150/hour
One-on-one instruction with Kosmick to address your rope bondage goals and develop a personalized learning plan. Available for top, bottom, and self-tie instructions.
Semi-Private Tuition
Starting at $200/hour for two tying pairs + $50 each additional pair, up to 4 pairs maximum
Gather a group of likeminded people and arrange a mini-workshop to hone a desired skill. Semi-private tuition allows for lots of one-on-one time with instructors to gain valuable feedback and fast-track your rope journey. Available for top, bottom, and self-tie instructions.

Kosmick hosts regular partnered rope lessons through Probe Ottawa on a bi-weekly basis. See the calendar below for their current teaching schedule. They also have a number of specialty workshops in self and partnered tying, and are available to travel. Please email to enquire about a full class list, or request a specific topic of interest.
Rope Tastings
Pricing dependant on tasting content and length
Hosting an event or exploratorium and looking for someone to show your guest the ropes? Rope tastings allow for brief interactions with rope that include very basic introductions to safety and rope considerations, and the chance to feel what it may be like to be bound or have rope against your skin.
